Tennessee: Deadly shooting in Oakhaven, Memphis leaves one dead, one critical.
Big Mota, a well-known rapper and hip-hop artist in Memphis, Tennessee, has been identified as one of the victims in the Oakhaven shooting Thursday night. He is reportedly in critical condition.
What happened at Oakhaven?
Memphis, Tennessee: One person is dead, and another is in critical condition after a shooting in Oakhaven Thursday night. According to the Memphis Police Department, the horrifying incident happened a little before 9:00 p.m. in the 4100 block of Tchulahoma Road.
MPD says two men were driving a dark-colored car that was shot by gunfire more than a dozen times, leaving one person dead and another one in critical condition. According to the MPD, one of the victims has been identified as the well-known rapper, ‘Big Mota.’ He was transferred to Regional One Health in critical condition. The other victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
