Billy Miller, an American actor of daytime soaps who won three Daytime Emmy Awards and was most recognized for his work on The Young and the Restless and General Hospital, has passed away. He died at 43, just two days before his 44th birthday, which is today, he apparently passed suddenly on Friday, September 15, according to reports.

His death was announced on social media; Sam Misek confirmed Miler’s death news through his Facebook post:
“The day I arrived in California in March 2012, I took this picture. I was shocked to learn that the beautiful Billy Miller had unfortunately passed away at the age of 43 when I woke up. Billy would have been 44 today. Billy, who is depicted on the right, was one of my favorite daytime actors. That radiant smile filled the room. May it now illuminate the celestial spheres. Miller’s friends and fans are mourning and in disbelief after hearing the devastating news. Netizens are curious to know about his death cause, but the circumstances regarding his death were kept private and didn’t share details publicly.

Who was Billy Miller
American actor Billy Miller was born on September 17, 1979. His most well-known roles were The Young and the Restless on CBS and Jason Morgan and Drew Cain on General Hospital on ABC, all soap operas.
Miller was raised in Grand Prairie, Texas, after being born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Miller spent five years of his childhood at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children ; and he now supports the institution.
He went to Lamar High School in Arlington, Texas, and the University of Texas in Austin, where he earned a degree in communications and was one of just 20 students to participate in the demanding Production Sequence program for films.
Miller relocated to Los Angeles following his college graduation and started working in Industry Entertainment’s mail department. He joined the Wilhelmina modelling agency, which led to his first break in acting.
Miller made a comeback to acting in 2006, featuring in a CSI: NY episode. A year later, he was cast in the ABC Daytime soap drama All My Children as Richie Novak, Annie Lavery’s murderous and extortionate brother. His debut occurred on August 30, 2007.
