Cyrene Fritz Hallegado, registered pharmacist and resident of Davao City, Philippines died unexpectedly at the young age of 25; the actual cause of her death is not revealed publicly.
Her death was confirmed by NDSN Student Body Organization on August 15, 2023, through a Facebook post.
NDSN posted a picture of Cyrene on their Facebook post and wrote:

NDSN extends its deepest sympathies and condolences to the family, relatives and friends of Cyrene Fritz H. Hallegado, a batch 2015 Notre Dame of Sto graduate. Niño, Inc.
Rest peacefully, dear Cyrene Fritz H. Hallegado, knowing that your light will forever shine in the halls of Notre Dame of Sto Niño, Inc.
Your journey in this world touched the lives of many, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of inspiration.
As you embark on this new chapter, may your spirit continue to shine brightly in the hearts of everyone. Though you have left this earthly realm, your impact remains a testament to the remarkable person you were.”
Cyrene was born in 1998 and was a Davao City, Philippines resident. She was ex- student of NDSN and graduated from there in 2015.
Cyrene was doing employment at Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office. She had a great, kind heart and loving personality.
Her early death saddened her family and community. Many people sent condolences to her family on social media.
According to a Facebook post, Cyrene died after a car accident; however, it is true or not is still not confirmed; the post says that:
“JUST IN: Responder ploughed by a vehicle while responding to a vehicular accident in Sultan Kudarat was brought alive!
A female responder was BROUGHT back to life after she was ploughed by a vehicle while responding to a vehicular accident in Barangay Kenram, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat.
Meeting the late responder Cyrene Fritz Hallegado. Made it alive while undergoing treatment in the hospital at 5 a.m. today, August 15, 2023.
Hallegado is one of the responders of Sultan Kudarat, and while responding to an accident, it was ploughed by the vehicle allegedly driven by the police. True hero. Condolences to the bereaved family.”
Rest in Peace for her hereafter; condolences and prayers are for his family, her funeral services are not announced yet.
