Dinesh Phadnis, who gained popularity as the character of Inspector Fredericks in the Indian TV series CID, passed away unexpectedly on Monday midnight, December 5, 2023, in Mumbai at the age of 57.

A few days ago, Dinesh Phadnis was hospitalized at Tunga Hospital, located in a Mumbai neighborhood. He passed away yesterday night from health issues. In the well-liked television series, the actor who played Fredericks was his well-known and most-liked debut throughout his career.
