Cade Myrick, Resident of Glasgow, Montana; Died Unexpectedly

Cade Myrick, a resident of Glasgow, Montana, has passed away unexpectedly. The news of his demise has spread on social media on September 18, 2023. Myrick’s death cause is still unknown, and as per reports, he died at the age of 22.

Myrick’s sudden demise left his family and community in shock and grief; his friends and teammates also shared tributes for him on Social media.

Stacie Rhoads confirmed his death news through a Facebook post and stated that:

“This is extremely important tonight! Although I only have one biological child, I have been blessed to have many children call me Momma Stacie over the years. I value every one of you. Cade Myrick, You will always have a special place in my heart, and I’m so glad you called me Momma Stacie. A prayer for his entire family!”

Thoughts and Condolences to his family, friends, and community in this trying time, Myrick’s funeral and burial services have not been announced yet.

Cade Myrick had lived in Glasgow, Montana all of his life. He was a student at Dickinson State University. Being a lovable son and a good sibling, he was a treasure to his family and community. Cade Myrick has a charming mix of charisma and charm that comes over.

He works harder than most students in the classroom and is always willing to help out around the house and in the community. The duties Cade has as a brother are just as admirable. He has a special bond with his siblings founded on respect, love, and obligation.

Even as a little child, he always made others feel safe and secure in his presence. Whether he joins a party, family dinner, or school, his presence brightens the atmosphere. It was lovely to see how close Cade was to his parents.

Social media have poured prayers and sympathies to Cade and his family. Michael Myrick, Cade’s father, wrote in a Facebook post:

“Cade Myrick, I have so many feelings and thoughts as I travel to visit you for the final time while your brother sits in the passenger seat, and I start crying again. I wish I could have uttered so many things that I want to express. There are numerous things I wish we had done.

You are fantastic as a son, brother, grandchild, and friend! Please hear me tell you one last time how much I adore and admire you. And yes, I realize this post doesn’t even begin to capture how unique you were to everyone, but it’s the best I can muster while attempting to control my screams and tears. I’m sorry, my son.”

Andrew McKean also posted on Facebook: “Cade Myrick, RIP. I appreciate how you were always the youngster who demanded, needed, and deserved the ball when it counted. I appreciate you being one of my career’s most coachable athletes. And thanks for supporting the development of my boys. Your passion, talent, and limitless capacity for living will be missed.”


A GoFundMe page has been created in memory of Cade by MyKayla Lauckner on behalf of his family, with a statement:

“Cade stood out among others. If you had the good fortune to know him, you would be aware of how his smile could brighten any situation. Please provide financial support to his family at this challenging time.”

The campaign had started to earn a $5,000 goal and has raised $11,410; anyone who wants to help Myrick’s family can donate directly.

Myrick was a kind-hearted person with a pure soul; everyone loved him, and his legacy will always endure. Prayers for him; Rest in Peace, Cade Myrick.
