Tragic Loss: Tiffany & Co Regional Manager Keven Callahan Passed Away Unexpectedly

Keven Callahan, a Regional Manager of Creative Visual Merchandising at Tiffany & Co., passed away unexpectedly. The cause of his death and his age at the time of passing are still unknown.

Keven’s death news was released on social media on September 28, 2023. No further circumstances regarding his death have been made public.

Darcel Stevens confirmed his death news through a Facebook post and wrote;

“We are once again in the season of saying goodbye to a beloved friend. So many people who held a special place in our hearts unexpectedly transitioned during the past three months, leaving us confused, devastated, and emptied. It hurts me much that Keven Callahan is no longer with us. He was a sincere, magnificent, timeless, perfect, pretentious, manicured DIVA with a heart of gold.”

Keven has played a significant role in the Tiffany & Co. community since he joined the company in 2017. He served as leader of the Washington, D.C., chapter of Tiffany’s LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, allowing staff members to interact, learn, and openly exchange ideas.

Keven established a Tiffany connection with one PULSE Foundation, where he serves on the board, and with the Human Rights Campaign to support the rights of the LGBTQIA+ community as a former employee of Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida. He claimed he spent all his life being “just me.” I never needed to ‘come out’ since I was never ‘in.’

Keven’s demise left his friends and loved ones in mourning and loss; his friends are sending condolences and tributes on social media. Neema Bahrami posted about Keven on Facebook, which stated;

“I took time to consider my response to the Amazing Keven Callahan. I, therefore, developed these adjectives to characterize him. Rest in power, talented, gifted, innovative designer, classy, sassy friend, mentor, and most of all, loved. We appreciate you showing off your beautiful talents to us. With our The Lady Callahan, things won’t be the same on the other side.”

Thoughts and Condolences to his friends, family, and community in this trying time, he will be dearly missed by everyone. Keven’s funeral and burial customs have not been released yet.
