St. George’s Student Liam Fisher Missing: Is He Found Alive or Dead?

Liam Fisher, a medical student at St. George’s University (SGU), went missing on September 9, 2023. The university and Royal Police Force have confirmed the news of Liam’s missing through an official statement.

The Royal Grenada Police Force and Liam’s family are trying to find him as soon as possible. The investigation is ongoing, but the Canadian medical student remains still missing.

According to his family, Liam was found missing on September 9, 2023; social media have been flooded with curiosity about Liam’s missing; everyone is asking about him through Facebook and Twitter posts.

Royal Grenada Police Force stated that Liam Fisher disappeared after attending the Grenada Hash House Harriers run from the Marian Playing Field on Saturday. The RGPF announced during a news conference on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

The Royal Grenada Police Force has asked about Liam through a Facebook post;

“Liam Fisher, a 35-year-old Canadian citizen who is now enrolled in the medical program at St. George’s University and lives at True Blue in St. George, is missing, and Police are asking for the public’s help in locating him. He has a medium build, is of Caucasian bearded, and stands at around five feet eleven inches tall. “

If anyone saw him, please immediately contact the Central Police Station at 440 2244, Police Emergency at 911, the Hotline at 444 1958, or the closest police station if you have seen Liam Fisher or know where he may be.

The missing Liam Fisher took a mysterious turn on Tuesday evening when Police found a body in Marian last night. People are curious and questioning if this body is of missing SGU student Liam, but no official statement has been released through the Royal Police Force.

The Royal Grenada Police Force stated that a man’s body was found at Marian, St. George, on September 12, 2023. As a result, efforts are being made to identify the body positively. A post-mortem to determine the cause of death will be done.   Police are still looking into everything.

However, Greenz Media released a statement through a Facebook post which stated that:

“The body found this evening is that of missing SGU student Liam Fisher, according to the Police. We send our sympathies to his family and the whole SGU student fraternity.”
