Victor Harper II, a young man from Woodbridge, Virginia, died in a catastrophic motorbike accident. Harper died after his motorcycle crashed into a parked car on I-95 in Dale City.
The tragic motorcycle accident occurred on September 28, 2023, at nearly 4:30 PM, on Interstate 95 Dale Boulevard in Dale City, Virginia.
Harper lost control of his 2015 Harley-Davidson motorbike, and the bike drifted off the right side of the road and into the back of a VDOT vehicle parked by the side.
The VDOT Safety Services Patrol car was parked while an inquiry was being conducted. State Police were looking into a two-car collision nearby.
Victor Harper II was seriously hurt in the collision when his motorbike hit the back of a VDOT vehicle. He was declared deceased at the scene. The medical staff at the neighboring hospital confirmed that he died from his wounds when his body was brought there.
Jason Smart-El also confirmed his death news through a Facebook post, which stated:
“I lost someone close to me last night. Anyone familiar with Greek life and being on a line with someone understands each person’s unique link. My line brother Victor Harper II. It’s hard to process, buddy, and all I can think about is your adorable kids.
We talked about homecoming and how you and I would take over designing our line’s tailgating apparel. I will miss your enthusiasm, dude; you were truly unique. Nothing, including the discussions or homecomings, will ever be the same. Bro, I adore you.”
Thoughts and Condolences to his family, friends, and community in this tough time, Harper’s funeral and burial customs are unknown.
Although we are unsure if any other factors caused the crash, according to reports, no other people were hurt. The inquiry is still ongoing, and the affected area has been cordoned off.
For more than 5 miles, the impacted area’s traffic remains sluggishly backed up. As long as the traffic in the affected area is disrupted, this occurrence will serve as a reminder of the need for improved road safety rules and measures.

Victor Harper II was a resident of Woodbridge, Virginia. He was a Program Assistant at ART 180 and swiftly advanced due to his superior abilities.
He went to C.D. Hylton High School. Harper studied visual art at Virginia Union University and Virginia Commonwealth University.
