Saxonburg Spartans released his death news through a Facebook post and wrote in their statement:
“This is being published with the deepest of hearts. Tragically, an automobile accident yesterday night resulted in Zane Rupert’s death. Zane is one of our 12u players and a wonderful young man; to name a few, people know him as their son, brother, or buddy. He was a pillar of our line and a force on the squad.
Saying he would be missed is insufficient because his influence on those in his immediate vicinity will be felt for a long time. We sincerely sympathize with Zane’s family, teammates, and coaches. Still, we will honor our seniors right after the 10U game.”
Saxonburg Spartans also wrote in the following statement: “With the 12U players and any additional players from the other teams who wish to remain, there will be a memorial and a minute of remembrance for Zane. Please remember the Rupert family in your prayers and thoughts. Our entrance fees will also be given to the Rupert family. We will let you know when more details about the services become available.”
The family claims that Zane Rupert attended Knoch High School and played youth football for the Saxonburg Spartans 12-and-under squad. He had left behind, leaving his family and community in grief and loss.
Zane Rupert’s terrible passing serves as a sobering reminder of how fleeting life can be, especially for someone so young and capable. Further details regarding Zane and the other victim have not been found. However, Social media have been poured with Sympathies and Prayers.
His loved ones will never forget Zane; he was cherished and will be dearly missed. Thoughts and Condolences to the family and entire community; his funeral details have not been released yet. Prayers for him; Rest in Peace, Zane Rupert.
