Michele Casel, a 25-year-old resident of Margate City, New Jersey, purportedly committed suicide this week; her friends reported her death on social media. As per reports, Michele also posted about her sadness before her death.
One of Michele’s close friends, Karen O’Donnell Novack, posted about her death on Facebook:
According to a statement made public by her, “Since high school, one of my sister Michelle ODonnell Garraty’s closest friends. I was always jealous of Michele Casel’s selfless sweetness and beauty since she was so lovely. We somehow are unaware when someone is in such severe difficulty. Michele attended most family gatherings even though she was my sister’s closest friend.
As we discussed, She plans to major in psychology in college: Sleeping Beauty, Farewell. Michelle, I’m very sorry. I wish I could hug you. Could I please get two relatives or friends to copy and re-post? I’m attempting to show that there is always attention. 1-800-273-8255, the suicide hotline.”
